Payment Options
We take orders in 2 ways on our secure, easy-to-use WooCommerce Shopping Cart:
1. By credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card)
2. By check or money order. An invoice will be emailed to those who opt to make payment by check or money order. Payment should be sent to Route 9 Cooperative together with the invoice. Your order will not be processed until your check or money order is received.
Shipping
Fresh Culinary Chestnuts are shipped October – December.
Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship fresh chestnuts to California, Oregon, or Washington State.
Shipping is included in the price of orders. Orders totaling over $300 automatically receive a 3% discount, applied at checkout.
Bulk quantity orders can be repackaged into smaller bags for a $7 fee. Choose “bag divided” when placing your order.
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on package size and distance.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Customers ONLY
Please order 10lb or 15lb bags because we will ship your order in USPS flat rate boxes. If you order 25lb bags, we will need to divide your order, which may result in processing delays.
