Dried Chestnut Products

Chestnut products are made from our chestnuts that are dried, peeled, and custom-roasted. Fresh-peeled kernels are soft, sweet, and ready to eat. Dried kernels have a long shelf life and can be rehydrated (like dry beans) and cooked like fresh chestnuts. Chestnut flour is made 100% from chestnuts, is naturally sweet, and is gluten free. Chestnut and spelt pancake mix is made from 50:50 chestnut flour and organic golden-white spelt flour, and is a family favorite at the holidays.
