For now, we recommend purchasing dry peeled chestnuts and rehydrating them. They are more shelf-stable than fresh peeled chestnuts and can be cooked like fresh chestnuts after being rehydrated.
Fresh peeled chestnut kernels are delicious and chewy. Perfect for a snack straight from the package. Also good for cooking, similar to dried chestnut kernels.
